Delaware Counties

Delaware has three counties, and each one keeps divorce records at its local Family Court. New Castle County covers the north, Kent County sits in the middle, and Sussex County makes up the south. The Family Court in each county holds the full case file for every divorce granted from 1975 to today. Older records live with the Prothonotary's Office or the Delaware Public Archives.
